- Required hight is just 1.68m for male and 1.65m for female.

- Those with criminal record can’t apply.
Note: O’Level certificates and other educational documents that are requested at the point of processing your application must be original. This should be scanned and uploaded online and must be presented on the day of Nigeria Navy physical screening
- Your O level results can be WAEC, NECO, GCE or NABTEB.
- If you have Ordinary National Diploma (OND) your application will run smoothly also just as in the case of O level results.
Age limit : NN which is the Nigerian Navy recruitment for O level applicant age is between 18 to 22 years of age. Those applying with higher certificate like NCE, ICT Professionals and their like should not be more than 24 years of age.

Command structure of the Nigerian Navy
The Nigerian Navy is structured for effective command in the following way:
National headquarters: this is located in the seat of power Abuja. All other command receives instruction from the Navy headquarters in Abuja.
Three operational command : there is three operational command located West known as the Western command, Eastern command, this has it headquarters in Calabar,we also have the central command with its operational headquarters in Bayelsa
Training command : there are training command for training or recruitment purposes scattered across the country although its headquarters is located in Lagos.

There is also five operational bases.

Functions Of The Nigerian Navy
